cedar lake camp history

Ice age glacial influence left panoramic views to be enjoyed from each & every cabin at Cedar Lake Camp and had Ontario once considering the site to become a provincial park.  When the idea for the park didn't materialize, the original owner/builder captured the opportunity to place Cedar Lake Camp on one of Canada's most pristine locations.  The glacial footprint left an irregularly shaped lake that includes many bays, islands & structure that provides some of the best fishing in NW Ontario.
